In this experiential workshop you will learn about yourself and the behaviors that impact your communication with others. You will learn how to listen and communicate effectively with different personalities to get what you want in your career and in your personal life. People naturally communicate in a style that resonates with others that are like them, but is often a barrier to those that are in a different position in the behavioral matrix. Every position in the behavioral matrix adds a unique value to the human experience and each person makes contributions to work, society and family that cannot be accomplished by a single individual. You will leave the workshop with a greater appreciation and understanding of the diversity in people and how to make your workplace and your life more effective and enjoyable.
Presented by Tiffany Crawford – Founder CREATE Women’s Leadership Institute
This workshop, the foundation of every successful career – confidence and persistence – will be discussed in practical steps for their sustainability and cultivation. In a busy corporate environment with increasing demands, moments and thoughts of self-doubt can creep in. These moments over time can begin to shake one’s confidence and the habit of persistence can devolve into one of indecision and hesitation.
