Last Tuesday, November 9th, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Silicon Valley and the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) hosted a special, high-level networking event for local Hispanic executives in the Silicon Valley at the Straits Restaurant in Santana Row. The event was proudly sponsored by IBM.
The president of HITEC, David Olivencia, and the co-president of SHPE Silicon Valley, David Silva, welcomed the Hispanic executives for an intimiate, but casual event to learn about HITEC and its mission to increase Hispanic leadership in Information Technology.
