Speaker Bios:
Yousef Yacoub – SVP, Engineering:
Yousef Yacoub is the Senior Vice President of Engineering of Narus, responsible for leading the global engineering organization to deliver innovative products and solutions to market. Yousef is an engineering executive in the software industry and veteran in Silicon Valley who is particularly effective in leading global organizations to drive innovation, process improvements and organizational transformation. He held several leadership roles in Deutsche Bank, Dell, Sun Microsystems, and Apple. Yousef has led organizations in software development, ISV and developers’ technical support, OEM support and systems engineering. He has driven technology adoption, built ecosystems, solution development, and created ISV and partner management programs. He is experienced with direct executive-level engineering relationships with major partners, including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, SAS, IBM and Teradata. Yousef holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering from Louisiana Tech University, was part of the Sun Microsystems Leadership Institute. He holds several U.S. patents.
Padmanabh Dabke – VP, Engineering:
Padmanabh Dabke is a serial innovator and entrepreneur with over 22 years experience in defense, financial and utility sectors. He currently works at Narus, a Boeing company, as VP of Analytics and Visualization. He is responsible for building Narus’s next generation cybersecurity analytics solutions for both government and Fortune 1000 enterprises leveraging Hadoop. Prior to joining Narus, Padmanabh was leading the team at Social Lair where he built a SaaS platform, offering an array of enterprise social solutions. Padmanabh has a B.S from IIT, Mumbai; MS from Clemson University; and PhD from Stanford University.
