The SHPE Silicon Valley Professional Chapter is deeply committed to advancing our Latina members professionally in their careers.
Since 2009, we’ve collaborated with nationally recognized organizations like LATINA Style Magazine in hosting their annual LATINA Style Business Series in the Bay Area in 2009 and 2010 to empower Latina entrepreneurs to start their own business or take an existing business to the next level.
This year we’re proud to be a community partner of the 2012 Women of ALPFA “Building Latina Leaders Strong from the Inside Out” professional development event at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco on Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 11:30AM to 7:30PM. The goal of the event is building Latina leaders by tapping into their passions and finding a balance to energize and inspire with speakers, panels, and sessions. You will also enjoy a fashion show sponsored by Banana Republic directed by Syareh Farsio, an expert in fashion with extensive experience in all factors of the do’s and don’ts of fashion.
