Hello SHPE Members,

Below are two events SHPE-SV will be participating in, and need your help volunteering! Please reply to this email if you are interested in either or both volunteering opportunities.
Here are the details:

APOLLO ROBOTICS ENGINEERING DAY- Friday February. 28th, 2014 from 10 am- 1 pm

The apollo robotics team is planning an engineering day event to spread awareness about engineering as a career and get students interested in engineering. Volunteers are needed to run a booth.
We are looking for people with engaging personalities to share the cool things engineers do. I know this would be awesome to have engineers from our community available come talk to students. We might also be getting some media and PR involved with the event.
We are looking at Friday Feb 28th from 10-1 for our Engineering day and students from both Apollo High School and William C Overfelt High school would be coming through the fair to get more information.
Where: William C. Overfelt High School
Address: 1835 Cunningham Ave, San Jose, CA 95122

San Jose State MESA DAY- MARCH 1st, 2014

P.S. Don’t forget to register yourself

WHEN: Saturday, March 1, 2014
WHERE: San Jose State University
