The NTSB is one of the world’s foremost accident investigation agencies. The NTSB’s Office of Research and Engineering, Vehicle Recorder Division is seeking a highly-qualified Interdisciplinary Engineer (Computational Tools Developer) at the GS-7/9/11/12 level.

This is a professional interdisciplinary position and can be filled as either a General Engineer (GS-801), Mechanical Engineer (GS-830), Computer Engineer (GS-854), Electronics Engineer (GS-855), or Aerospace Engineer (GS-861) to serve as an engineer whose primary duty is to provide technical expertise to the division‘s software tools used for the readout and analysis of recording devices in all modes of transportation.

This is a Federal position. U.S. citizenship is required.
